Software Engineer Full-Time (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Build and Develop New Features
- Optimize Code and Applications
- Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis.
- Identify and Fix Bottlenecks and Bugs
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Content to deliver high-quality educational solutions.
Qualifications
- Fresh Grad or Max 1 year of Experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of technology
- Familiar with any web development technology such as (Not Limited) ReactJS/NextJS/Python/Django and mobile development is a plus
- Willing to learn and adapt in a lean and very fast-paced team
Work Setup

Product Designer Fulltime (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Own the Product Experience: Drive the end-to-end design process, from initial concept and ideation workshops to high-fidelity prototyping and final design specifications.
- User Research & Discovery: Plan, conduct, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) to deeply understand the needs of Indonesian educators and students.
- Design and Prototype: Translate research insights into intuitive and accessible user flows, wireframes, and production-ready visual designs using modern design tools (like Figma).
- Collaborate and Iterate: Partner closely with Founders and Engineers to ensure technical feasibility, maintain design consistency, and iterate rapidly on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain Design Quality: Document and maintain our design system components to ensure a scalable and consistent user experience across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates your full-stack design process, research methodologies, and final solutions.
- High proficiency in leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively articulate design decisions, research findings, and strategic reasoning to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive and meticulous attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Technical Plus: Knowledge with web/mobile development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or frameworks (ReactJS/NextJS) is a significant advantage.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a lean and very fast-paced team.

- Collaborate with the rest of the teams to ensure content accuracy and clarity.
- Revise and finalize videos based on feedback while meeting quality and deadline standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, ideally with experience in educational or learning-focused content.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma and After Effects
- A good sense of storytelling, clarity, and instructional design in visual media.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Setup
- Full-Time (On-site – Depok) | 40 hours per week
